My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments, including ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care as well as psychodynamic therapy. I offer a tailored approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based treatments (e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT). My work is informed by mindfulness and trauma-informed care, ensuring that each client receives personalized support that meets their unique needs.
