We’ll work collaboratively to address your needs and goals, while holding space for your mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual well-being.
My Background and Approach
Together, we’ll explore deeply held patterns and beliefs in order to gain understanding, practice showing up in new ways, and get things feeling better. All parts of your identity are welcome in our work together. I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive therapy from a place of compassion. In my experience, the best therapy happens when we bring our authentic selves into the therapy room so a genuine connection can form. The quality of the relationship between client and therapist is what makes therapy effective and meaningful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and deeper connection with ourselves and others--each of us holding the key to our own healing. Sometimes we just need a little extra support to access it. I am honored to support my clients as they explore all aspects of life and take steps towards the life they most want to live.
