About My Clients
Are you struggling with a poor connection with yourself? Are your inner thoughts around shame, guilt, judgment, and self-doubt affecting you physically? Insidious forces like anxiety, depression, and other states of mind influence how you think, behave, trust, feel, and form relationships. Together, we can create an empowering and holistic plan to help you explore subconscious habits such as playing small, creating self-sabotaging patterns, loneliness, lack of confidence, and attachment issues.
My Background and Approach
I attended Antioch University, obtaining a Masters of Clinical Psychology, specializing in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I have a holistic mindset when approaching therapy. My doctorate in chiropractic gives me a unique perspective on the importance of the mind-body connection in building a stronger mental and physical foundation. I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their mind-body connection, leading to a more fulfilling life and making more room for joy. I work with individuals and couples to express themselves freely and authentically. My focus areas include anxiety, attachment styles, sexuality, self-esteem, shame, the queer community, and relationship issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an affirmative, culturally sensitive, supportive therapist who believes everyone has a story to share, and that story influences their thoughts and physical well-being. By providing a safe and welcoming environment, clients can share their stories and move towards rewriting their narratives. This process creates a stronger foundation for a more satisfying life, leaving more space for happiness.
