As a counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral issues, ADHD, insomnia, TBI, and memory challenges, I'm here to empathetically listen and support you on your journey. My Background and Approach
I embrace a person-centered approach, while integrating various methods such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Upon request, I also utilize psychological testing, Brainmapping/QEEG, and Neurofeedback to provide insight and guidance in treatment planning and to help individuals learn to self-regulate.
