About My Clients
My clients seek my services because they often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, life transitions and more; couples who feel more like roommates than partners and are looking for ways to reconnect; and teens who need a space to feel seen, heard, and understood. If you're craving real connection, honest support, and a therapist who keeps it warm and down-to-earth—you’re in the right place.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Hermosa Beach, CA with an MA from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and teens in both community mental health and private practice settings, working with issues like anxiety, depression, domestic violence, PTSD, substance use, relationship stress and more. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I integrate existential and psychodynamic perspectives with strength-based tools and mindfulness to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and resilient. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice—it’s about creating a space where you can slow down, feel safe to explore what’s really going on, and grow into the version of yourself you want to be. Clients often describe me as nurturing, supportive, curious, and authentic—and many leave therapy feeling more emotionally attuned, more self-assured, and more connected in their relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery—one where you become attuned to your emotions, uncover the meaning and purpose in your life, and learn how to communicate authentically and effectively. My core values—empathy, integrity, authenticity, empowerment, inclusivity, respect, and kindness—guide me both personally and professionally. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental space, free from power imbalances, where you can explore and grow at your own pace. I’m passionate about causes like intimate partner violence, mental health advocacy, equal rights, PTSD, and mindfulness. I believe in the power of therapy to help you find peace with yourself and feel more connected in your relationships, and I’m dedicated to supporting clients in ways that honor their unique experiences and identities.
