My expertise is in emotional release therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, clinically supporting and empowering you to finally release the painful emotions and agonizing thoughts that have been consuming your mind.
My Background and Approach
I am registered with the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, certified in Crisis Prevention Interventions (CPI), specializing in Crisis Stabilization, Marital-Crisis Intervention, Trauma Recovery (TRM), Grief, Substance Abuse, Diagnosis Navigation, Stress, Emotional Disturbances, Body Image and Life Crisis, working in Mental Health for 8 years, and in intensive outpatient and in-patient crisis stabilization since 2021. I am a mindfulness-based trauma therapist, utilizing emotional release therapy to help you release the negative emotions stored within your body, helping you get to the root of your emotions and heal your mind. You will begin to love yourself, “Feel Understood”, and adopt the skills to support healthy relationships, restoring you to a healthier sense of self. My style is evidence-based, down-to-earth, client centered and solution-focused with a mixed treatment approach.
