About My Clients

Are your relationships feeling detached, dull, or stuck? Is your communication, intimacy, or sense of connection leaving you unfulfilled? Whether you're navigating barriers in your communication or seeking to deepen your emotional or physical connection, I can help you and your partner to enhance your understanding of each other and foster intimacy. You deserve to feel empowered in your relationships, while embracing all the unique and extraordinary parts of yourself.

How I Can Help You

I have a deep passion and dedication to supporting individuals and couples in healing and improving their relationships. I have particular expertise in couples and premarital therapy, including clients who practice different forms of non-monogamy, and am trained in Level Two Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In our work together, we will explore how your past experiences influence your present relationships so you gain both insight and transformative change. In healing attachment wounds, improving communication, and building intimacy, you will experience profound relationship growth and fulfillment. I provide a non-judgmental and empathic space to discuss vulnerable topics, while fostering healthy communication and understanding for my clients. My therapeutic style can be described as grounding, compassionate, and values-based. We will work to build a trusting, safe, and connected therapeutic relationship that can be a catalyst for your growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Your identities are a vital part of your life. Together, we’ll explore the impact of your identities and culture on your relationships and self-perception, helping you embrace your unique narrative. I prioritize cultural humility and inclusivity in my practice, ensuring that your experiences and perspectives are honored and validated. I have a deep passion for supporting clients in non-traditional relationship structures, clients who identify as LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC folx hoping to process the complexities of racial identity. I value and honor my own identities in the work I do with my clients, demonstrating that I am a human first and a therapist second. If you're ready to explore your relationships and identity in a supportive environment, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards deeper understanding and healthier connections.
