About My Clients
Trauma isn’t always one big event. It can be chronic, subtle, or rooted in relationships. It might begin in childhood or build over time—especially when you’ve felt unseen, unsupported, or unsafe. Whether loud or quiet, trauma shapes how you see yourself and the world. If you're always bracing for the worst, overwhelmed by emotions—or numb to them—or stuck in painful relationship patterns, you may be carrying more than you realize.
My Background and Approach
With nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through trauma, I understand how deeply it can shape every layer of your life—especially your relationships. As a licensed marriage and family therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting, I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to healing. Whether you're carrying complex trauma, attachment wounds, or generational pain, I help create a space where you can safely explore your story, reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost or hurt, and shift patterns from the inside out. Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about gently reclaiming your inner wisdom, restoring safety in your body and relationships, and discovering new ways of being that feel whole, aligned, and empowered. We'll move at your pace, honoring your resilience and the transformation you’re ready for.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My identity—as a Latinx woman, a mother of neurodivergent children, and someone with an ADHD brain—deeply informs my commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all clients. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. I believe in making therapy services accessible to everyone. I do not accept insurance, but I do offer reduced rates based on income. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions about how we might work together. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward growth and well-being.
