Are you struggling with frequent anxiety, panic attacks, or social anxiety? My name is Joanna Russell, I'm a therapist who helps people struggling with all types of anxiety. Anxiety can be (at best) constant and consuming, or (at worst) absolutely debilitating. Very few people talk openly about how their thoughts may be constantly running through the same negative ideas, or scanning for something that could go wrong, or how painful, scary, and exhausting this can all be!
My Background and Approach
I help individuals become more deeply connected with themselves, and help them discover how to turn the life they're currently living into something that feels more authentic and beautiful. Clients often comment how much more clear, confident, and on-target they feel. They begin to understand their life, learn how to handle painful emotions, heal from past trauma, and start creating happier relationships.
