In a world where Chronic Pain, Illness and Disease or Dis-Ease is vastly dismissed and underdiagnosed, I want to help you advocate to get the right care that you need. I want you to feel heard and validated as it can be a VERY lonely and long battle. You are not alone. What you are feeling in your body and what is happening to you is real whether it is somatic, undiagnosed and/or diagnosed.

There are many reasons why we may find ourselves in patterns of not being able to feel like we can be in the type of relationship we can thrive in at our best selves. Whether that be in a romantic, familial, professional, platonic. relationship etc. Annikki strives to work along side you to get to the core root of where this is stemming from to help you find the joy and fulfillment you are seeking.

Anxiety, whew! This world is run on anxiety! Let's sloooooww things down and just 'Be'. Together, we will work on your coping skills, triggers, and help you get your power back so you can be in control of what you can actually control; you. You got this and I will be right beside ya cheering you on!

Annikki will provide education on recognizing somatic sensations and feelings in the body, learn grounding techniques, mindfulness and meditation, as well incorporating art in the form of color to help release what no longer serves you and or to express yourself in another way.

Let's go for a stroll in nature! Being outside in nature & having a therapy session is the best of both worlds. This can coincide with somatic and bi-lateral movement to help release what no longer serves you while receiving the calming effects from walking around a lake, taking your shoes off and walking in the grass to help ground yourself, standing in front of a waterfall and feeling the energy rejuvenate you, walking near and under trees (maybe even hug one!) to feel connected with Earth.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), is becoming a preferred therapy that alleviates, desensitizes, & may eliminate anything from anxiety to a fear, phobia, or a traumatic event generally quicker than traditional talk therapy alone. Those that have a hard time talking about the trauma find it relieving to use ART, because one doesn’t technically have to say anything about the event if they do not want to, but absolutely welcome to let it all out as well.
