My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to supporting the following communities: women, people of color, the Deaf and hard-of-hearing, first-generation Americans, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I also strive to support the unique needs of people looking to explore their relationships with faith (or lack thereof) in a judgement free space through non-denominational or Christian ideologies. My commitment to these communities is not just professional but deeply personal. I've dedicated myself to the ongoing education required to be an informed and compassionate advocate. My sessions are a safe haven for anyone who has ever felt marginalized, misunderstood, or silenced. In our work together, you will find a therapist who is genuinely dedicated to your well-being, authenticity, and empowerment. Your experiences and identities are valued and respected here, and my goal is to empower you on your unique journey towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
