My Background and Approach
I provide individual therapy for adults of any age, race, gender, and sexual orientation. Trust is at the heart of any therapeutic relationship. My top priority is to create a warm, non-judgemental, positive, and emotionally safe space for mutual trust to build, and our therapeutic relationship to grow. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamically informed, strengths-based and integrated, often pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, somatic awareness, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), parts work, and the mindfulness tradition. My therapeutic support is confidential, personalized, and collaborative--designed specifically with and for you.
