My Background and Approach
I believe that our brains are naturally adaptive and a clear understanding of how your mind works can empower healthy change. That’s why I use a combination of mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) when I work with clients.
