Clients come to me needing help getting to the heart of what they're struggling with, because therapy should help you find relief beyond just what’s challenging today. Together, our sessions will integrate healing in your mind and body, so you can feel whole again. Therapy can be overwhelming, but we will always go at your pace and comfort level. At this time my practice is self pay only, and I do not accept insurance at this time.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist with diverse experience, including treatment of addiction, eating disorders and peak performance, I believe that anxiety and depression can impact many areas of our lives. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life's seasons come with highs and lows: adolescence; adulthood; career changes; relationships and marriage; potentially becoming a parent; and finding your passion. For many people, it also includes anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, divorce, loss, grief and loneliness. In therapy, every step we will take is tailored to you and always with a clear goal in mind. First, we will examine and unpack what is causing you to feel disconnected. Next, we will work on the regulating your emotions, building your distress tolerance and finding behavior changes that will be effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive in your relationships and life.
