My Background and Approach
With over 25 years of counseling experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in public education and mental health, I have journeyed from the heart of Silicon Valley to offer psychotherapy throughout California. I provide a safe refuge and a welcoming space to attentively listen and explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. Healing happens in relationships. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that deepened awareness fosters expanded choice. By understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in context, we unlock the freedom to engage with life more deliberately. This increased awareness nurtures compassion and curiosity, ultimately enabling personal growth and transformation.
